We just completed our very first 6-week Kids Yoga series and we’re not sure who had more fun, the kids or us! ✨

Our Kids Yoga classes are so much more than just yoga poses. Through the we blend movement, play, sensory learning, and mindful moments all while giving kids the space to laugh, explore, and simply be kids.

Our next 6-week series begins in February, and we can’t wait to welcome a new group of little yogis!

It is crazy to think that it was 1 year ago that we were working around the clock to bring this vision to life!

When you enter into our yoga sanctuary, there is not a tile, a corner, a trim, an inch of space that we did not hand select and bring to life.

We believe that is one of the things that makes our studio so special- that from beneath the floor to the roof and everywhere in between we played a role in rebuilding and designing with love and intention.

If you have a dream or a vision, stay the course, know it’s going to be really hard and many will doubt you and question your abilities- but keep going! Any dream is a dream worth living! ✨
