Terren has a passion for both wellness and community, and these sessions with her are the perfect opportunity to relax, reset, and care for yourself. Tired of hearing “your labs are fine” when you KNOW something isn’t right? You feel off, tired, moody, meh. Not sleeping well, not coping with stress, gaining unexplained weight, unable to conceive. The list goes on. All to be told that there’s nothing wrong on paper or that it’s all in your head. Yea, I’m tired of that too. I hear it all the time from countless women.

Dr Ronda Nelson will be in town and seeing patients at Arukah for one day only. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a consult with her! She specializes in women’s health and has been serving women for over 20 years, helping them get to the root cause.

You are not broken. Your body knows exactly what it needs and finding answers isn’t as far away as it seems.

PS: I’m not just saying she’s amazing because she’s my mom. I’ve witnessed her change hundreds of women’s lives through the years. I know she can do the same for you. I’ve been begging her for forever to come back to Redding to see patients again just because I hear your struggles and it kill’s me.

I love these girls. And this place. And folding laundry together is fun.

Thankful for and for always picking up the slack when I don’t fold laundry. My strategy is to use sheets right out of the dryer so I don’t have to feel bad about using a set that was folded. But when I DO fold it, those fitted sheets having nothing on me.

Finding joy in the small things.
Taking time for myself even amidst the chaos is so life-giving. Baking healthy foods is something that I love doing for my family but the challenges and creativity of it also brings me joy and feeds my own soul (and tummy 😉).

As women, this really is so important. We tend to lose ourselves in our families and we need an outlet, so go and do something that fills you up and makes you feel like an individual. It’s one of the highest forms of self-care.

What brings you joy?

P.S. 🤫 it’s okay if you don’t know because you’ve been serving others for so long, I’ve been there too. Start experimenting to find yourself again 😍
