I love these girls. And this place. And folding laundry together is fun.

Thankful for and for always picking up the slack when I don’t fold laundry. My strategy is to use sheets right out of the dryer so I don’t have to feel bad about using a set that was folded. But when I DO fold it, those fitted sheets having nothing on me.

Finding joy in the small things.
Taking time for myself even amidst the chaos is so life-giving. Baking healthy foods is something that I love doing for my family but the challenges and creativity of it also brings me joy and feeds my own soul (and tummy 😉).

As women, this really is so important. We tend to lose ourselves in our families and we need an outlet, so go and do something that fills you up and makes you feel like an individual. It’s one of the highest forms of self-care.

What brings you joy?

P.S. 🤫 it’s okay if you don’t know because you’ve been serving others for so long, I’ve been there too. Start experimenting to find yourself again 😍

You are loved, unique, and you bring something to the table of life. 🩵
