Selah Women's Health offers a full range of women’s healthcare services for women of all ages. Jennifer Kang, MD, Sarah Turner, MD, Amanda Alexander, WHNP-BC, Jaclyn Sabanovich, FNP-C, Leslie Pope, FNP-C, and Heidi Concello, DPT have been caring for women by providing gynecologic, pelvic physical therapy, lactation and fertility care. Our staff work together to provide you with quality care and a pleasant office experience.

Celebrating 10 Years of Selah Women’s Health🎉💗

From the very beginning, the mission has been clear: to promote and restore the health and value of women and their families in our community, and build mindsets where healing happens in the context of peace and hope.
Today we pause to honor this journey- and especially to give a huge shout out to Dr. Jennifer Kang, founder and visionary behind Selah. Since moving to Redding in 2013, she has poured her heart into serving the North State- developing innovate programs, and a prenatal care experience that honors the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of every family. Her expertise in high risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgery, and deep commitment to social justice have shaped the Selah culture we know today.
To our team: Thank you for embodying the Selah difference- valuing the whole person, choosing hope over fear, and building community over 10 remarkable years. Here’s to many more!

OUR APPROACH TO DISCOVERING YOU - The meaning of Selah

Selah is a Hebrew word used in the Biblical Psalms. Its exact meaning is unknown, but it serves as a place-marker to indicate that an important point has been made and a pause should be taken to consider it.

This is very much how we approach care for our patients at Selah, believing it critical to take the time to listen and consider the whole person when practicing medicine. Whether you have a new medical issue or you have been dealing with something for a long time, we will pause for you and try to see the needs of your body, soul, and spirit as a whole in helping you to find solutions.

While we can’t guarantee that we will always come to these solutions immediately, we are committed to being faithful to the process of discovery with you.
