This 67 year old was seen in consultation for breast enhancement! After undergoing cancer treatment and losing weight, this beautiful patient wanted “bigger and fuller” breasts. Noted to have laterally placed breasts, we discussed her options and she chose to go with her natural look and less scarring. Here she is before and after a bilateral breast augmentation with inframammary incision in a partial submuscular plane with smooth round 450cc high profile silicone implants. This 48 year old was seen in consultation for a breast revision! With a previous breast augmentation back in 2009 by another surgeon, this beautiful patient came to Dr. Malotky hoping for a smaller implant with a lift. Here she is before and after a bilateral revision breast augmentation with removal of 500cc saline implants and placement of new 250cc moderate plus profile silicone implants in her current submuscular pocket and a bilateral mastopexy. In her 12 week post op appointment she said she feels more like herself now and that is exactly what we like to hear! 🙌🏻
