If you want results to stick..
then we gotta start talking about this part.
It’s not just weight changes.
Something about your sense of self starts to shift too.
And it can feel weird trying to explain that.
If you’re in it, you’ll probably understand what I mean.
your whole life, you might be the person who “ struggled “ with their body or with food.
But now , there’s a shift. And without acknowledging that shift, even with medication, you might slide back into the role that you’re familiar with.
We have to give this shift a name, acknowledge it, and start working with it to produce long-term results .
