One of our favorite and sweetest moments from this holiday season!✨

Our Ridge Crest team spent time decorating gingerbread houses together. Each shift team created their own house and were judged by our residents. The 11PM–7AM shift took the win (picture #2)!

Thanks to the generosity of our residents, their families and our associates, our first-ever Assisted Living Toy Drive was a heartwarming success. 🎁 Coordinated by our associate Angie in collaboration with Bridgeport Hospital, the drive filled an entire collection box —bringing extra cheer to children and families in our community. ​

​The spirit of giving shines brightly in our Assisted Living neighborhood this holiday season! We are so grateful to everyone who helped turn this thoughtful idea into so many moments of joy. 💛

Holiday cheer filled the halls at Ridge Crest as associates and residents enjoyed a festive holiday celebration! 🎄 ✨​

​Starting the day off with a Secret Santa breakfast and followed by a luncheon, the day was full of smiles, “ugly” sweaters and joy all around!

We are profoundly saddened by the passing of Mary Kate Mitchell, a cherished recreation assistant at Ridge Crest. She brought joy and energy to residents and associates alike for over 15 years. Mary Kate loved good food, animals, traveling, her favorite treat, Diet Coke and the countless memories she shared with her Ridge Crest family. 💛​

Recently, associates, residents and families gathered for a heartfelt memorial to honor her life, laughter and the memories she created. Mary Kate’s warmth and spirit will always be part of our community and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
