Healing Well is calm and safe. I made an appt by phone the day before. Nicole at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I had the mini-spa day package, which includes sauna, massage, and halotherapy (the salt room). Everything was great. The place is spotlessly clean. Lisa is an excellent masseuse and extremely knowledgeable about the body. She showed me an exercise to stretch arm muscles. Time went way too fast. I'm trying the hydrotherapy capsule next time!
