Dr. Kristi Davis is a Redding area Optometrist dedicated to providing friendly, personalized, and comprehensive vision care to patients of all ages. Dr. Davis grew up in Palo Cedro and graduated from Enterprise High School. She attended Shasta College and the University of California, Davis, while at the same time working as a seasonal firefighter for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in Tehama County. Later, she transferred to Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore., where she earned a degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Biology. With an interest in vision, she attended the Pacific University College of Optometry and graduated in 2002 with her Doctorate Degree in Optometry. While attending Pacific University, Dr. Davis worked as a firefighter/EMT for Forest Grove Fire & Rescue. After returning to Redding in 2002, Dr. Davis starting practicing in Burney, CA where she commuted to until 2012. In 2012 Dr. Davis took over the Redding optometry practice of Dr. David Dennis. She continues to see both patients of Dr. Dennis as well as new patients. Her practice is now located on Park Marina Drive. Dr. Davis is a proud supporter of the local community and has found fulfillment in serving people. She is an active member of the Redding Rotary and was part of the Leadership Redding Class of 2013. Dr. Davis is married to Todd Davis, owner of West Coast Innovations.

💙 When eye care becomes something much bigger

Michelle and her family have trusted Dr. Davis and the Blink team for more than 13 years. Years ago, her daughter developed a severe eye ulcer after sleeping in contact lenses, a frightening situation that quickly became an emergency. Our team showed up on a weekend, helped coordinate specialists, secured critical medication, and walked their family through every step. Her daughter’s eye was saved.

Since then, Blink has continued to care for their entire family through emergencies, annual exams, contacts, glasses, and every stage in between. This is what compassionate, committed eye care looks like, being present when it matters most and standing with families through it all.

We introduced wide-field retinal imaging, helping us detect eye diseases earlier and even save lives. One scan revealed a 90% heart blockage, another caught a retinal detachment—proof that vision care impacts overall health.
