✨ Mid-face support + chin definition (GLP-1 facial balancing) ✨
This beautiful result is on one of our own team members. She’s been on a GLP-1 medication and started noticing fat loss through her mid-face, which is very common. When facial volume drops too quickly, it can make the face appear tired, hollow, or prematurely aged.
We used a combination of:
✅ Cheek support
✅ Chin filler
✅ Light chin “shadowing” for contour
💉 Total: 4 syringes
Even though we added volume, her face actually looks thinner and more sculpted — because when filler is placed in the correct structural points, it lifts upward, rather than adding wideness.
⸻
Why GLP-1 patients lose facial volume
• Rapid weight loss → mid-face fat depletion
• Cheeks flatten + support is lost
• Shadows form under the eyes + lower face
• The face can look drawn or tired even while the body is slimming
⸻
How filler restores (without puffiness)
✔️ Replaces support — not surface “fullness”
✔️ Lifts the cheek → refreshes the under-eye region
✔️ Creates balance + harmony through the lower face
✔️ Slims the appearance by contouring, not inflating
⸻
Chin balancing = jawline definition
By giving her chin a bit more length, we also:
• Improved the jawline transition
• Added definition through the front profile
• Helped the double chin area appear tighter and more refined
• Created a more elegant facial shape overall
⸻
📌 Takeaway:
The right filler in the right plane can actually make the face look lifted, healthier, and more sculpted — not bigger. Especially for GLP-1 patients, restoring foundational support is key to maintaining a youthful, refined contour.
