Gratitude is a transformative emotional posture. Emotions can be reflexive. Take the time to strengthen and develop the emotional muscle of gratitude. Mastering gratitude allows you to transcend lower level emotional states and has the ability to change your life. Your brain and body is changed as your neural circuitry rewires through heightened dopamine release and a changed point of attention and intentional focus. Create a commitment and a discipline to build the emotional muscle of appreciation. Practice for 3 minutes a day, seven days in a row, and see what changes.
