We love taking care of each of you and appreciate your continued support! To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fairness to our staff and other guests, we do enforce our cancellation policy.

If a late cancellation or no show happens, our receptionist will review the policy with you. Please know that they cannot bypass the policy or immediately escalate to a manager to avoid a fee. Management reviews all late-cancel situations afterward and determines any fees at their discretion.

We appreciate your kindness and understanding as we maintain a smooth experience for everyone.

Every service at International Day Spa includes a complimentary Aromatherapy Foot Bath or the use of our Turkish Steam Room. We are open 9am-9pm every day (even Sundays!).
