A one hundred-year-old Victorian cottage in Historic Downtown Redlands, International Day Spa is a quiet retreat where you can escape from the stress of everyday pressures and renew your body, mind, and spirit.

Every service at International Day Spa includes a complimentary Aromatherapy Foot Bath or the use of our Turkish Steam Room. We are open 9am-9pm every day (even Sundays!).
