You’ve heard it:

At first glance, this sounds like discipline.
But for many, it’s Orthorexia in disguise — a rigid fixation on “perfect” eating that causes anxiety, social isolation, and body distrust.

Warning signs during the holidays:
🚩 Stress about “impure” ingredients
🚩 Avoiding holiday meals out of fear
🚩 Guilt after eating a “bad” food
🚩 Panic if your food routines are disrupted
