🌱 Focus on how you want to feel, not what you want to weigh
🧠 Choose rhythms, not restrictions (e.g., 3 meals/day vs. “cutting sugar”)
💬 Say goals out loud that honor your mental health too
🧘♀️ Ask yourself: “What would be the most compassionate next step?”
