Healthy routines are often…boring.
- Eating balanced meals
- Going for walks
- Drinking water
- Getting enough sleep
None of that is extreme.
None of that is flashy.
But it works.
The problem?
We’ve been conditioned to expect health to feel:
> intense
> dramatic
> fast-changing
So when it feels calm… we think it’s not working.
Truth:
Boring = stable
Boring = sustainable
Boring = safe for your nervous system
