Being human can be wonderful. And be really hard. Remember sometimes your gifts are another’s weaknesses. It’s hard to change one’s food intake. Anyone suggesting otherwise is either misinformed or doesn’t truly understand health. Be kind to yourself and keep going. One baby step at a time ❤️
