I want to teach you everything you need to know to unlock your full potential as a cyclist. That’s the mission. Always has been, Always will be. So in order to do that I have to wear many hats: Physio, racer, teacher, coach, you name it. All the lessons I learn and experiences I have get distilled into the principles strategies and tactics that is the discipline of GluteDoping. Welcome to my world, I’m excited to share as much of it with you as possible to set you up for success and support your journey.

I’m this webinar training I’m going to be covering the “Secrets to BulletProof Bike Knees” so you KNOW that dealing with knee pain is a fixable problem, one that we just gotta get through to be on to bigger better things.

After that I’ll be covering “How to Identify Your Specific Cycling Performance Limitations” and then Create your own GluteDoping program to train any weakness into a strength. The process is simple: assess your cycling body for gaps in ability, train That ability. The challenge is knowing to what degree a problem exists and how it fits I to your overall performance. I did the hard work of getting 2 degrees in this field and spend 10 years practicing on people. In this free webinar training we’re gonna collapse time and show you how to do it in less than 3 weeks with my program “The Glute Doping Challenge.” Details to be covered as well.

I hope to see you there! If you have any questions drop em in the comments and let’s get this party started!

❤️I could not see the physical manifestation of my dreams, so I became it.
I know it’s not cool to post on IG after-the-fact, but there is a value in reflection. So I’m gonna do just that for all my next posts to really bring you my takeaways from Redlands Bicycle Classic]
It took an 8 year journey to get to finish Redlands Bicycle Classic] and to me it feels like I just went to the Olympics. Because I’m a regular-ass dude. I have a profession, a family, a marriage, responsibility, and have been victim to all the sacred cow bu****it and self-limiting beliefs that are perpetuated and blindly followed in our society and especially in the culture of sport.
This picture, of my whole family with me at the start of Stage 5, in our family RV, with my teammates, is everything that I had always envisioned. I made it my reality.
And there’s no social media glamour magic here. My family actually wanted to come and cheer me on, my wife is actually happy for me and celebrating this accomplishment with me together, I actually love my team and teammates because we all lift each other up and race hard together. I never knew this was all possible, I came up in the sport at a time where the norm was to get rid of all your responsibility, be broke, train mindlessly 20-30 hours per week, sacrifice all of your relationships and health to compete, be cutthroat with your teammates and other racers…always thinking “what’s in it for me?”
But I have proven to myself forever that the true way to obtain success is through the aka Take care of yourself first, then take care of others, choose responsibility because it’s lifts you up and holds you accountable, questions every false belief that wanders through your mind, work hard AF but work smart, surround yourself with people that are better than you AND who want to see you rise. With this season it has made all things click together and greatness happened because of it.
You have your own journey, your own people, your own beliefs to challenge, your own vision to articulate, and your own dreams to make reality. I hope I can be one small source of inspiration. LFG.

🚀“Getting too excited” Exhibit A with
🎞 Finally got time to review footage from courtesy of . Here’s a clip from 2 laps to go of saving disaster over the cobblestone turn and me trying to keep us in the fight against superior firepower as we head into the finale.
👨🏻‍🏫 Big takeaways: with only 3 riders against teams like .la and we had to get bold with strategy. I made the call to try and ride parallel to the train rather than fight for sprinters wheels. I proved that I have the firepower and handling to ride up front…but am still learning the proper timing and tactics. I chose disruption and to hit the front at 5 laps to go. 🤦🏻‍♂️ It felt cool to finally be at the front of races again, but was ultimately ineffective and left freelancing the last 2 laps and still got 6th. If I did it again? Wait until 2 laps to go to ride up along side, I’d change the order to be Rex, Me, Kyle, I would keep my self parallel with Cory and wait until the Legion Train started their last pulls to really start my effort.
The big racing lesson: Balance the aggression with patience.
Disrupting the train for the sake of trying to make an impact just pi**es everyone off and they go harder until I explode (my bad y’all). In racing, and leadership, often I make the wrong call…but I own it, learn from it, and get better for next time. The worse thing is to make no call at all.
🌞 Bright side: I’ve got the legs to ride in the wind against the best riders around for 3 laps. That’s cool. Also, even when I mess up the strategy call is such a boss closer he can still manage 6th freelancing.

⚔️ How it’s going VS How it Started 👉🏼
2019: off the back, lapped, barely hanging into the groupetto.
2022: Rippin the front with against .la
on full display.
Huge weekend if proving to myself and my teammates that we belong racing at the front. We have the power, we have the trust in each other…just gotta dial in the right degree of aggression and use the right strategy.
Experienced a steep learning curve this weekend. Made some bad calls, learned the limit of how aggressive to ride in the final 5 laps, and very grateful to the cycling community for taking the time to help us learn how to race better with more respect and less wasted energy. Shoutout to for the advice, the coaching, and the opportunity to grow as a team. It’s an honor to race with y’all.

🤕Heal up soon champ, I’m already eager to line up with you on race day. 🇧🇿
📰On Sunday at California Bicycle Racing] there was a bad crash in the final corner. The two Docs and I were right there to triage and treat riders on course.
Fortunately, being physio to .la for a couple seasons, I already have the trust and experience with J to spring into action and help out. Thank goodness, these situations can be frightening and confusing, so to have a friendly face is a blessing.
Thinking about it today, I’m grateful to be able to help out all my fellow riders in the community, from scene of the accident all the way through the rehab process and back into competition. Although these crash scenes are def not my favorite, I much prefer the calm of the garage gym.
Huge thank you to Jeff Prinz California Bicycle Racing] for communicating and coordinating medical treatment with me while we waited for the ambulance. That kind of teamwork is what keeps this cycling community to tight knit and I’m honored to a part of it.

🤯Being around so many talented riders for years has always made it seem impossible for me to ride at that level.
But this season is hitting different already. Years of in the making and now a dream opportunity to race with have come to fruition and I’m putting it to the test.
From working on these amazing .la riders at team camp last year to lining up and racing against them this year is amazing to me. It’s honestly still just an honor to be in the arena. But since we’re here…might as well give ‘em hell! ALL-IN, LFG.

🧘🏻‍♂️I think one of the most important part about riding bikes is that it’s a direct vehicle for you to discover your own power.

It’s just you out there moving this machine through the world. It’s a rare stillness in the modern world. To suffer through it is the nature of the sport. That suffering is noble, it drives you deep within yourself.

And there you discover your true power. You are your own hero.

At it’s core, is a discipline developed to get on the right path and stay on it through the inevitable obstacles of life. Each time they come is an opportunity to become who you need to be to triumph.

Bike racing is fun, dangerous, exciting, testing, and insanely fulfilling in my life. But ultimately I’m here to be Husband, Dad, Friend, PT, Hero. That responsibility I take seriously, so today and every day it’s all about the GAINZ so I can make them proud.
