As an out-of-hospital midwife, each birth experience is a sacred journey filled with profound connections. On more than a few occasions I discovered a beautiful feather at the entrance of a home while entering the birth space—a reminder of the spiritual realms that guide us in the sacred dance of birth. 🕊️💖

Feathers symbolize hope, freedom, and the lightness of being. In many cultures, they are seen as messages from the divine, reminding us that we are not alone as we step into the transformative space of bringing new life into the world. I’m back from an eight day “Flow Your Soma Wellness Retreat” in Hilo HI. 🌺
It was an incredible experience. After a week of Somatic Movement, Watsu, Breathwork, swimming in the ocean, singing to whales with some beautiful people 🐋🌊🩵My nervous system has reset and i’m feeling refreshed and beyond grateful 🙏💕
As a Midwife it’s important to plan opportunities like this to prevent burn out and fill my reserves so I can be at by best caring for others. 🙏✨💗

I thought I would do a 2025 recap since I really didn’t post much last year. It was a busy year and it came with both blessings and challenges and lots a lessons along the way. As a midwife I feel like i’m always transitioning and grow alongside with my families. Beyond Blessed and humbled as I sit and hold space for women through their journeys. Happy to be along for the ride 🙏✨❤️

I was blessed to be at service for this family the second time around. I don’t usually take December births but most always make myself available for my repeat clients. They’re always near and drear to me. It’s the ultimate validation of the loving care I give when i’m asked back as their midwife. I get to watch family’s and hearts expand. Each time I witness mothers become more confident of their power while birthing their baby’s earthside. ✨
I forgot how magical December births can be with all the Christmas lights and decorations around. 🎄🕯️❤️

Just a few more months left of 2025! I only have four Primary births left for this year.
It’s been a busy one for sure.
Here’s my availability for 2026. I’m keeping March open because I’ll be heading to a retreat in Hawaii for some self-healing and reflection and keeping July and August lite so I can wander freely with my family.
I’m also still offering massage and body balancing work, so feel free to reach out for any information on my services.

Been serving families for 6 years as a Midwife. This sweet family was one of my first to care for. I have supported them through different kinds of birth over the years. Kim felt so empowered after her 1st home birth with me that she chose to free birth as well. I have gotten to watch her family grow, I also had the honor of watching her transition and expand as a woman and has a mother. So much love and respect for you my dear friend. Postpartum mama and baby massages are my most sweatiest magical offering. It’s an intimate experience for both. I started inviting baby’s to join their mother’s on my table for massages way back when I was a doula. In the early months after birth Mama and baby are still one unit. It’s important the pair stay together to establish a good breastfeeding relationship and bonding.🤱🏾Mother’s can come for a massage and receive all the benefits without worrying about their newborns needing them while they are away.
