For World Autism Day, Redlands Community Hospital is proud to announce that the Emergency Department has received the Autism Friendly Designation. The designation comes from Autism Speaks', a national nonprofit dedicated to inclusivity for autism patients through advocacy, research and support services. Completion of this program strengthens the department's ability to provide care for those in an emergency while adjusting to the needs of individuals with autism. With this training we continue our commitment to providing patient centered care to our community.

RCH recently launched Heart Behind Healing, a program to support staff and providers after experiencing difficult situations in the care setting.

Healthcare work is deeply meaningful, but it can be emotionally heavy. Heart Behind the Healing is here to support our team through those tough moments.
