Twinkle ABA, LLC was founded by BCBA Ting Hsiao. Ting immigrated from Taiwan in 2002 and has been dedicating her time to the field of Early Childhood Special Education (M.Ed. 2005) and Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA. 2017), working with exceptional young children in public schools, clinics, and home settings.
In 2020, Ting started Twinkle ABA, LLC. The goal of Twinkle ABA is to build a practice where we can use collective resources and efforts from different cultures to form a multicultural and multilinguistic ABA community, where each participating member can be continually educated, valued, and empowered no matter they are from.
HIGHLIGHTS OF EXPERIENCE:
– Supervisor and parent educator for BCaBAs and parents in China and Taiwan.
– BCBA at Kindering CUBS, ABA program for toddlers (2018-2019)
– Certificant through intensive UW BCBA coursework and practicum at DATA Project, preschool ABA program (Experimental Education Unit, UW)
– Special educator, paraeducator and behavior technician in public schools & private agencies.
