Did you know? Your neck and shoulders often take the biggest hit during long days at the desk. Between video calls, typing, and hours of sitting, tension can sneak up quickly. Here’s a quick stretch you can do right at your workstation:

1️⃣Sit tall and relax your shoulders.
2️⃣Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
3️⃣Hold for 15–20 seconds, breathing deeply.
4️⃣Repeat on the other side.

✨Bonus tip: gently roll your shoulders backward 5–10 times to reset posture and ease stiffness.
