Emi first discovered Pilates as a way to correct her own posture — but it quickly became so much more. She fell in love with how mindful movement can transform how we feel in our bodies, build balance, and support healing from the inside out.

Congratulations to Bret Swigard and Sarah Joy White on completing the three-week Integrated Systems Model Series with world-renowned clinician Diane Lee. This advanced and challenging training focuses on a holistic approach to assessment and treatment.

During the course, they explored the role of the cranium, dura, and sympathetic nervous system — and how these systems connect to whole-body function. This innovative model aligns perfectly with Innova’s treatment philosophy and offers new hope for patients who have not found success elsewhere.
