Welcome to Prepare the Nest! The premiere destination for new and expectant parents to prepare for the life-changing experience of having a baby. Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive prenatal and parenting classes available so you can feel confident about the exciting journey before you.
In 2010, I had an idea for a company. At the time, I was a stay at home mom with a 4 year old daughter and 6 month old son. I wanted a fulfilling and flexibility job that allowed me to be “mom” as much as possible. As a former labor and delivery nurse and ob/gyn clinic nurse I saw a need for prenatal classes that would cater to todays modern couple. I get that you are super busy and might be overwhelmed by all of the confusing, contradicting information out there and just want to hear practical information from medical professionals.
Our classes are taught in a chic, boutique style where you can relax and hopefully have fun in the process! And men love our classes because we offer the shortest childbirth classes you will find around the Puget Sound area. No matter where you are delivering, our classes are for you! Our Prepare the Nest studio is in the Overlake neighborhood and we also have other locations and partnerships with EvergreenHealth Hospital as well as some Bellevue and Kirkland clinics. We have also added online classes which are live and interactive, and also taught by registered nurses.
