Whether that goal is weight loss, building lean muscle, or adding distance and consistency to your golf swing, we will make it happen. Our coaches are very qualified and always seeking to improve their skills with additional training. Each KE Coach is certified to provide you with outstanding coaching in a small group environment. Each class you will receive initial soft tissue quality improvement, dynamic warm-up, core training, power development, strength training, energy system development and recovery all wrapped into our in-famous workout of the day. You will receive extensive coaching every single workout and will literally be forced to get the best results of your life! You will get one on one attention in a small group training environment. In fact, it may be hard for you to go back to a regular gym after attending a few of our classes! And considering the cost of hiring a one-on-one trainer, our workouts are literally a steal!
