We are looking for an associate MFT or PCC to who is looking to work with children and teens in both private practice and school setting.We provide clinical and professional business development, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to learn and grow in a thriving private practice.

-Must have registered AMFT/APCC number with the BBS
-Must be able to wok remote for virtual sessions as well as in person for on-site school services.
-Must be able to work a minimum of 20-25hrs a week.

Starting next month: RESET: A Mindful Wellness Experience

We have decided to answer the call of so many of our clients, community members and wellness professionals and start a pandemic focused mindful wellness workshop in September!

We are currently accepting participants for our Teen (middle school and high school), Parent/Caregiver, and Teachers groups! We will host our group outside at a local park to allow for safety in physical distancing but also to provide MUCH needed outdoor, screen free, movement, and social connection so many have been missing over the last several months.
Space is EXTREMELY limited so please contact us if you would like to reserve your spot at SouthBayWellnessCA@gmail.com

A reset, do-over, change of pace.......⁣

These days we are all feeling the need for a refresh! The lack of ability to break away from it all in can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious or irritable at times.⁣

Luckily, so much about feeling refreshed and renewed is not really about a change of scenery but a change in perspective.⁣

One of my favorite sayings is ⁣
“wherever you go, there you are”⁣
So it stands that however you are feeling, you will be feeling no matter where you are as well.⁣
Our ability to shift our mindset is not a skill we are simply born knowing how to do......yet we expect ourself to “think positive”, “from a growth perspective” or see the glass as “half-full” ⁣

Through the practice of mindfulness: intentionally bringing awareness to your present physical, mental and emotional state; you hold all the control in learning how to shift your mindset in any direct your choose.⁣

Luckily we are here to help! Next week we are excited to announce we will be releasing one of our mindfulness workshops in our Instagram and Facebook stories for FREE!⁣
