A reset, do-over, change of pace.......
These days we are all feeling the need for a refresh! The lack of ability to break away from it all in can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious or irritable at times.
Luckily, so much about feeling refreshed and renewed is not really about a change of scenery but a change in perspective.
One of my favorite sayings is
“wherever you go, there you are”
So it stands that however you are feeling, you will be feeling no matter where you are as well.
Our ability to shift our mindset is not a skill we are simply born knowing how to do......yet we expect ourself to “think positive”, “from a growth perspective” or see the glass as “half-full”
Through the practice of mindfulness: intentionally bringing awareness to your present physical, mental and emotional state; you hold all the control in learning how to shift your mindset in any direct your choose.
