New Year, New Feelings 💛
The start of a new year can bring excitement, and big emotions, for kids and teens. As families reset routines, it’s a great time to focus on mental health and wellbeing.

✨ A few gentle tips for the New Year:
• Keep routines consistent to create a sense of security
• Encourage kids to talk about their feelings, listen without judgment
• Celebrate small wins and effort, not perfection
• Make time for rest, play, and connection
• Remind children it’s okay to ask for help
