1️⃣You are eating less, not fueling better�Most women assume less food equals better results. In reality, under eating makes fat loss harder, not easier.
2️⃣You are doing more cardio instead of building muscle�Cardio burns calories. Strength training changes shape, supports metabolism, and makes fat loss sustainable.
3️⃣You are chasing perfect instead of consistent�This is the one I see the most. All or nothing feels productive, but consistency is what actually creates change. Especially number three.
