Our playSense therapists will be wearing costumes all week to celebrate Halloween week 👻🎃!

Join in the fun and have your child dress in a Halloween costume for their OT session any day next week (Monday 10/27 to Friday 10/31).

Parents!! Please ensure that the costume is appropriate for active play - swinging, tumbling, climbing, etc. 🤸🧗🛝 Additionally, to keep playSense a warm, safe and welcoming environment for all, please ensure no weapons or gore are a part of the costume. Thank you! We can’t wait to see you next week in your costume!!

Touch isn’t just about feeling things. It helps kids feel secure, explore their world, and build the foundation for learning and play. Through Ayres Sensory Integration, we look at how this sensory input helps kids feel safe in their bodies, explore their environment, and build the foundation for skills like play, learning, and emotional regulation.

When the tactile system works smoothly, kids can focus less on “how things feel” and more on learning, playing, and having fun! 🖐️🎨

Celebrating this team today and everyday. We took our weekly team meeting to the beach for lunch, to celebrate Arianna’s first anniversary with us, Alyssa’s first day, and a reset in the sun and ocean air. Love these women and all they give each and every day. PlaySense shines because of them!!!
