Center for Health and Fitness - Beach Cities Gym

Center for Health and Fitness - Beach Cities Gym The South Bay's most comprehensive fitness center. Of course, the health and safety of our members and staff remains our top priority.

Health Update: We're excited to announce that the Center for Health & Fitness (CHF) is allowed to reopen indoors with some limitations. We are also continuing our virtual programming. CHF programming will continue to be guided by the L.A. County Department of Public Health Officer Order Appendix L: "Reopening Protocol for Gyms and Fitness establishments" to keep our community safe and to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
