I recently ran the TruAge Test through true diagnostic to determine my Biological Age vs. My Actual Age. Here are my results:
Looks like I’m aging about as fast as “Don’t Die” !! 🥳
• Bryan is aging at a pace of .69 per year.
• I am aging at a pace of .7 per year.
At a 0.7 pace of aging, I am accumulating only 8.4 months of biological age per 12 calendar months. So for every year that passes, my body only “ages” about 8.4 months biologically.
I attribute this to several things: an omnivorous diet that is high in protein, but also high in antioxidants like organic berries, leafy greens, a smoothie almost everyday. Buying organic food whether possible. Weight workouts 3-4x a week. A 2 hour sweaty cardio pickleball workout almost once a week. Working from home to reduce stress. Filtering my water with and air with
No alcohol. No w**d. No soda. No artificial sweeteners. Limited sugar. Drinking mostly organic coffee and water with electrolytes throughout the day. Sleeping as much as possible (although kind of surprised as this test was taken after a year of sleep deprivation from baby #1 👶)
I eat an avocado a day, a smoothie everyday and eat mostly whole foods (one ingredient) and also take a few targeted supplements (based on my blood work) like Vitamin D3/K2, Omega 3’s, magnesium nightly before bed, a liquid multivitamin and some adaptogenic mushrooms in coffee.
And PEPTIDES!! I have used CJC/Ipamorelin, BPC-157, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Melanotan and a few others. Peptides definitely made me feel and look younger!
I haven’t done any stem cells yet, but exosomes are next on my list! 🙌🏽
