Last night during forest bathing, I was sitting next to a California blackberry vine. As I looked at it, I could see its whole life—like a highlight reel—not just of the vine, but of my life, and of life in general.

It wasn’t a straight path. The vine branched in all directions. Some parts reached up toward the sky, others stayed close to the ground. Some branches were full of green leaves and berries. Others had died back, just bare twigs.

But at the very tip, there was new growth—soft, bright green leaves, stretching forward.

It made me think about the many versions of ourselves we carry. Some still alive and thriving. Some part of the past. All of them still part of who we are. And no matter what, we keep growing forward. Branching. Becoming.

Just one session can create real change ✨

This client went from pain to a personalized plan in a single visit. With ongoing support, results can be even deeper and longer-lasting.

That said — we didn’t get into these patterns overnight, and we won’t heal overnight either.

Progress isn’t always linear. 📈

That’s why I offer a private session package: to give your body time, consistency, and the support it needs to truly shift and integrate.

I have spots open now — perfect if you’re ready to feel supported along the way.

DM me to learn more or to get started today! 🪷
