The Zen Gym has a new face! As much as we loved our tumbling space this is a great new and improved space to enjoy as well! Go check out Club22 Social Club on face book and their website. They are all ages and offer games like pool, darts, cards, kids board games, live music and not to mention a new place to get specialty sandwiches in the Cafe! Not only that, you can rent the space for your next birthday, shower, bachelor or bachelorette party, or group events!

The combination of a slow hike and peaceful yoga in unique nature experience is just what we need to welcome the shift.

20/20/20 (20min hike/20min yoga *not on the ground/20min returning hike) enjoy campfire and hot tea to finish! bring water bottle and tennis/hiking shoes(open trails)no mat required.
