✨ HIIT & FIT – 6 Week Series ✨
Starting March 16th

We are so excited to launch another round of HIIT & FIT at CrossFit Kenex!

This 6-week program is designed especially for BEGINNERS or anyone looking for a low-pressure way to get back into the gym.

Here’s what you can expect:
✔️ 45-minute classes (5:30–6:15pm)
✔️ Progressive dumbbell strength work (we build each week!)
✔️ A fun Tabata-style finisher to leave you sweaty and proud
✔️ Coaching, guidance, and support every step of the way

This is NOT intimidating.
This is NOT advanced.
This is NOT “you need to be in shape first.”

This is a safe, welcoming place to start.

Same hands. Same heart. Two locations.

I’m excited to share that Jade Healing Arts Massage is now offering sessions in TWO locations 💚

📍 Reedsburg — Blue Heron Building
158 East Main St

📍 Wonewoc — Driftless Crane Building
208 Center St

All appointments can still be booked online.
My schedule will look like this:
• Reedsburg: 4 days per week
• Wonewoc: 1 day per week

To start, Wonewoc appointments will be available on select Mondays.
By the end of March, Wonewoc sessions will be offered on Fridays only, which works best with school and my boys 🤍

Coming back to offer massage in my small hometown feels really special. I’m grateful to serve both spaces and to do this work in a way that supports my family and my heart.
