✨How often should I schedule a massage?✨

Is a question I often get, and the short answer is as often as you want. Ultimately it’s up to you and how you are feeling. If you’re working through some issues such as pain, mobility limitations, nerve compression, or even stress I may suggest every couple of weeks until you feel it is under control. Ideally I would like everyone to be in a place of maintenance, where a massage once a month keeps everything in check.

If you know me you know I am not a salesperson and won’t pressure anyone into rebooking. I may have suggestions of how often a massage would benefit you but ultimately it’s up to you.
