Dear Patients:

I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring and closing my chiropractic practice effective October 31, 2025. I will no longer be able to provide chiropractic but will continue to do Craniosacral Therapy care or services after this date. (I will be doing the cranial sacral therapy at Dr. Josephs office in the Dells)

This was a difficult decision, as providing care for you and your families has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. This decision is based on careful consideration and reflects both my personal preference and ongoing medical considerations.

To ensure the continuity of your chiropractic care, I encourage you to transition to another chiropractor as soon as possible. I recommend the following chiropractic practices for your consideration:

After October 31, 2025, all patient records will be available to any that will want them, or if need in the future will contact Dr. Melissa Kincaid, DC. Dr. Kincaid will be the custodian of medical records. Starting on 11/1/2025, please start requesting your medical records from Dr. Kincaid. To request your medical record, please call or text Melissa Kincaid.

We will be hosting a retirement party for anyone who wishes to give a farewell to Dr. Melissa Kincaid on October 30, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the office.

Hello everyone!
Everyone here at Kincaid Chiropractic wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday.
This is also a reminder that Dr.Kincaid will be on Christmas vacation starting Tuesday December 24, 2024. She will be back in office Monday January 6th, 2025.

If anyone needs an appointment she will be in the office Monday December 23 from 8am to 6pm before vacation.
