As a Marquette University School of Dentistry graduate, Dr. Ashley Sorenson, decided to return to her hometown to practice dentistry. Dr. Sorenson is a general dentists who offers a variety of dental services. We are open every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm and also select Wednesdays from 8am to 5pm. Dear Patients,
Another year brings another change to Reedsburg Family Dental. We are pleased to announce a new addition to our dental team, our new associate, Dr. Tim Knoll. Dr. Knoll recently graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry and has chosen to return to the area to practice dentistry at our office.
Dr. Knoll has a very caring patient manner and a special interest in the area of endodontics. We have every confidence that Dr. Knoll will be a strong asset to our dental team. I encourage you to meet Dr. Knoll and appreciate his skill as an excellent dentist. UPDATE FOR PATIENTS:
We were hoping to be able to remain open to continue providing dental care to our patients during this global crisis; however, we feel we need to put our trust in the recommendations set forth by the American Dental Association (ADA).

"The American Dental Association (ADA) recognizes the unprecedented and extraordinary circumstances dentists and all health care professionals face related to growing concern about COVID-19. The ADA is deeply concerned for the health and well-being of the public and the dental team.

In order for dentistry to do its part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the ADA recommends dentists nationwide postpone elective procedures for the next three weeks. Concentrating on emergency dental care will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments."

Therefore, Kitson and Sorenson Family Dental will be closed effective March 17th, 2020. We plan on being back in the office on April 6th, 2020, pending the ever developing COVID-19 outbreak. If you have an appointment scheduled within the next 3 weeks, you will be receiving a phone call from us to reschedule. Throughout this shutdown, Dr. Kitson and Dr. Sorenson will be available for any urgent dental care needs that present for patients of record. Please call the office with any dental related concerns and emergencies. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through this unprecedented time together. And be sure to continue washing your hands and brushing your teeth!

PATIENTS OF KITSON AND SORENSON FAMILY DENTAL:
Your overall health and wellness has always been our highest priority. We appreciate the growing concern with the COVID-19 pandemic that is sweeping the globe. After evaluating the most current information and reviewing all published guidelines, we remain confident in our ability to provide dental care in a safe and healthy environment at our office, but we also need your help.
Please take extra precautions with your wellness, and ours. If you are sick or experiencing even slight symptoms, please reschedule your appointments. Please practice excellent at home hygiene- both with your toothbrush and thorough hand washing!
We are always following CDC and OSHA requirements for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and our employees. In response to the COVID-19 virus, we have added additional measures in our office to help inhibit the spread of any disease or illness.
We will be working our hardest at keeping our office open to continue to provide dental care to our patients. Thank you!
