At Headwater Sage, we believe that mental and holistic wellness should be accessible to everyone. That's why we're excited to offer our 🥰Tuesday Morning Yoga Sessions from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. 🧘‍♀️✨

Join us for a traditional yoga class focused on mindfulness, movement, and breathwork, helping you come home to yourself and reset your mind and body.

Cost: Just $5 or FREE if you need. Any donations above this amount will go directly to the Blake's Tinman , our partner organization dedicated to providing grants for both traditional and non-traditional mental health approaches. 💖
