2025 Employee Awards (my apologies on the late social media post). Each Year at our Christmas Party we award our Year Long Core Value Awards. We have 5 core values that we use in hiring and rewarding our staff that we feel fully encompass the "PC3 Way". Compassionate, Team Player, Do the Right Thing, Positive Attitude and Quality & Excellence. We had many employees receive nominations for multiple categories and deciding our winners is hard on our SaLT Team (Senior Leadership Team) each year. Congratulations to our winners for 2025!

Ashley Shirley, LPN (SMART Clinic)--Compassionate
Crenesia Wright, Referral Specialist--Team Player
Haley Trull, Clinic Nurse--Do the Right Thing
Kandra Hall, Triage Manager--Positive Attitude
Dr. Neil Honea--Quality & Excellence
