We now operate as a seasonal outdoor studio and offer Private Yoga & Beach Yoga (Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany Beach & Fenwick). For in-studio classes & massages visit our Dimitra Yoga location in Lewes, DE, where we also offer online classes!

New location for DY beach classes in Rehoboth!

Look for our Dimitra Yoga instructor and sign at the SOUTH end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The boardwalk ends at Prospect Street - we are just one street south of it at Penn Street.

DimitraYOGA is a community of yoga teachers, healers and students who are dedicated to promoting health, happiness and well being along the beaches and beyond. By building strength - mentally, physically and spiritually - we develop the ability to transform our perspective.

Our Lewes studio (near Five Points) has a full schedule of yoga classes and workshops most weekends off season. You’ll also find us in downtown Rehoboth Beach (1st block off the boards on the Avenue), where we offer mat and aerial yoga classes, as well as massage, shamanic healing, reiki, acupuncture and more!
