Happy New Year Rehoboth Beach Yogis! Join us to learn the newest Svaroopa® yoga poses.

Svaroopa® yoga Breath & Movement classes include poses that use your arms, legs, abs & breath to reach into the deepest layers of tension around your spine. These are the most effective spinal opening poses Svaroopa® yoga offers.

This month we're working on a pose that uses both Navasana & yoga sit ups abdominals. This pose gives you the benefit of both ab poses all in one simple, user-friendly pose in the chair. It's so easy to add this one into your Magic 4 practice & get the benefits of an abs pose without having to move to the floor!

Come on Tuesdays at 10am in person to learn this pose and many more new poses to reach more effectively & more powerfully into the tensions that cause most of the issues in your body. Not to mention, they more powerfully quiet your mind, too!

Join us Tuesdays at 10 am for Breath and Movement, featuring the latest Svaroopa(R) yoga poses that include breath with movement to reach into the deepest tensions around your spine.

Tomorrow we’re learning a variation on Slo Motion Dive that uses your arms to massage your spine from top to tail.
This pose is a heart opener, massaging your spine & internal organs. It makes you feel centered, grounded & uplifted, opens your breathing & helps with a positive outlook on life.
