As we near the end of Administrative Professionals Week, we want to take a moment to recognize the team members who are often the first point of contact for our patients and families.

They handle tough conversations, high emotions, and challenging situations with patience and professionalism every single day. It’s not an easy role, and too often their efforts go unrecognized.

Please know that your hard work, resilience, and dedication do not go unnoticed. We see you, we value you, and we are truly grateful for everything you do—especially on the hardest days.

April 20th - 27th is National Infant Immunization Week! This week is all about promoting and protecting infants from serious, preventable diseases—such as diphtheria, polio, and measles!

Our staff kicked off a 4-part training series yesterday morning, coming in an hour before clinic hours to focus on vaccines. Their engagement and commitment to learning reflect how much they truly care about the families we serve. By strengthening their knowledge, they’re better equipped to answer questions, build trust, and provide the highest level of care.

It’s this kind of dedication that helps keep our community healthy—one child at a time.
