TIME CHANGE!
Due to multiple requests, we are moving the event time slightly later. This age range often has many activities so while we know it cannot fit everyone's schedule, we wanted to be more accommodating for those who would like to attend this event.

The Embrace Wellness Workshop for Adolescents (9-13 years old) will be Thursday, March 19th from 5:15 to 7:45pm. We will be watching the movie Inside Out 2 and engaging in craft activities related to the feelings discussed in the movie, while providing healthy coping skills to manage those emotions. We are excited about the creative and fun crafts planned. Don't forget, there will be food and snacks for the kids. Parents do not need to stay for the event.
