Rolling Ridge Riding will be participating/assisting with a local non-profit "The Dancing Goat" to help raise money for their cause. The Dancing Goat provides medical equipment and supplies free of charge to those in need. We will be taking 2-3 horses and a small riding ring with us. The location of the event will be in Ruffin (about 15mins from the farm) If you would like to help out please arrive at Rolling Ridge at 9am this Saturday (April 11th, 2026) We plan on returning to the farm around noon.

April Therapy Rides will be held on Mondays. April 13th, 20th, & 27th at assigned times. All Riders have been sent texts with riding times. If you did not receive a text that means your rider will begin rides in May. All riders must have a signed Doctor's Release on file before they can ride their first ride. If there are any questions please Contact Mrs Davis (Cell: 336.280.8111).

Volunteers please arrive 5:30pm Rides will from 6 to 7pm.

Lastly pay attention to the weather, storms can pop up and impact one part of the county and not another, please watch for notification of ride changes and cancellations on Facebook and the website.

Magic and Domino playing in the cool wet weather.

The time leading up to Christmas has been dedicated to medical care of Domino ( sticky stifle joints- requiring equine Physical Therapy daily) and Sassy ( fungal eye infection- requiring trips to the vet every 48 hours for four eye injections- and 4-6 times per day providing multiple eye medications). I never found time to send out Christmas cards- but both horses are progressing well. When I saw this pic I remembered what Christmas is about in such a peaceful way! Merry Christmas to all.

No ride Oct 25, 2025. We will try to have one or two rides in Novmember if the weather and schedules allow for them. Be safe this Halloween.
