Wishing everyone a Happy New Year 🎆!!
After 20 years of operations, I am officially announcing that Triangle Therapeutic Riding is closed.
Over the years, it has been a pleasure to work with the many different riders, families and volunteers. Striving to make positive change has been our goal since our start in February 2005.
It has been very rewarding to see and hear the success stories of not only our participants, but also our volunteers. Many volunteers found their purpose and path to continue education in related fields such as PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Counseling Special Ed, horse training or the confidence to pursue dreams. This makes all of us involved very proud to have been a part of mentoring others.
I will still be managing Stony Run Fields the facility, working horses, and offering lessons with quality Horsemanship under USEF instead of PATH INTL. My own set of health issues and time constraints are creating a need of necessary change. However, I do welcome a friendly “hello” for those of you who wish to stop in for a visit.
Moving forward on a new path in life, I wish all of you the very best. Please take time to appreciate the small things that bring joy in life. If you have not found those yet, then make time to discover them. For 2026 I hope you make positive change by removing the things that bring you stress, conflict and negativity. Make PEACE a priority.
Happy Trails,
Laura Rutledge
