FEM Women’s Wellness is offering a six-week FEM-focused trauma support group for women seeking a safe, compassionate space to heal and connect. FEM-focused series are supportive, group-based programs designed to empower women through education and connection.

Using a group therapy setting led by experienced facilitators, this series integrates psychoeducation on trauma and its emotional impact with facilitated discussion and skill-building to promote resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.
