Rachel Abare OMD Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, Microneedling ​Rachel Abare is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno.

She then attended American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, California. Rachel graduated with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and a Master's of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTCM). She is licensed by the State of Nevada as an Oriental Medicine Doctor, (O.M.D.) and by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine. As a classically trained dancer, Rachel was introduced to acupuncture and was able to experience its benefits for herself during treatment for dance injuries. She continues to enjoy ballet, jazz and salsa dancing, skiing, paddle boarding, and many other activities that Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe have to offer.
