Falling into self does not mean you’re turning your back on everyone else.

It means, you have the courage to say “I matter too” “I’m human & it’s okay for me to pour into myself” “life is not about.. running myself into the ground over and over again”

I remember the days that I would leave myself behind, over and over again.
It was such a HABIT that I didn’t even realize how physically and mentally drained I truly was.

It wasn’t until I let go.. I leaned into trusting myself & really sitting with myself. Without relying on anything else to bring me peace.. i surrendered.

You too deserve peace.
It’s time to mend the disconnection and heal.
It’s time we get to the root of the cause & offer ourselves moments of compassion. Forgiveness. Moments of our truth.

It’s the SMALLEST things that I notice the universe sending me. It was so beautiful to witness✨
