This is the first of a three class series to help you 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 while you enjoy the season. Set aside 90min to soften your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

We’ll begin with a welcoming meditation and a guided journal prompt to help you discover your sankalpa.
