Alpine Wellness is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our Minden clinic.

This role supports both the patient experience and the operational flow of the clinic. It requires organization, accuracy, and steady follow-through throughout the day.

Responsibilities
    •    Greet and check in patients
    •    Manage lab, imaging, and specialist orders
    •    Create referrals and send records
    •    Track prescription status and communicate updates
    •    Update charts and upload documentation
    •    Work daily within EMR systems, lab portals, and pharmacy platforms
    •    Provide administrative support to providers
    •    Provide support to scheduling needs.

    •    Able to manage consistent task volume
