Thank you again Daniel, for documenting this experience!! I uploaded this video separately because of my sound mishap yesterday!🤷♀️ But I also added a little more context to this!!
Also, at the end, I added a clip from the property management that basically says "we don't care about the costs, just make it secure". They dont care about the costs, because they will bill it to the tenants!! Just as they have done with all their other charges since they took over our property. Our Common Area Maintenance includes their phone bills, when they change the locks, their travel time, their "Late fees" any and everything they feel they want to bill the property! & Yes, I have receipts from them that have late fees on the bills that gets billed to the tenants! I'm sure they add their vacation time on our CAMs too!
This is the problem with commercial real estate!! Landlords & property managers add fake & unlawful charges if they want tenants out!! THERE IS NO OVERSIGHT TO THIS!!
No transparency!

& PS. Yes, the Sheriff's were amazing! 🫶 I might have 2 new clients when we open back up! The locksmith too, both were on our side! 😊 & The locksmith DID state, my door is broken! It's been broken since I was burglarized in 2023 after the new owners took over. They would not fix my door...til now!🙄
