One of the things I’m most proud of is the kind of team we have at Technical Medical. We’re not just a transportation company. Our Paramedics and EMTs are trained, licensed, and fully permitted to manage emergencies from start to finish.

This photo was taken at South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington during a recent storm. With helicopter services grounded due to weather, several critical patients who would normally be flown had to be transported by ground instead.

That’s where we step in.

Serving rural communities means being ready when conditions change and resources are limited. When air transport isn’t an option, we ensure patients still receive timely, critical care and safe transport to the higher level facilities they need.

In moments like these, reliability matters. Access matters. Showing up matters.

We’re proud to support our rural partners and be there when it counts most.

It is always an honor to stand in gratitude.

For the second year in a row, our Tech Med team, alongside our families, had the privilege of visiting the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home to personally thank the men and women who have served our country.

This tradition is about more than delivering roses. It’s about showing respect. It’s about teaching the next generation the importance of service and sacrifice. And it’s about reminding our veterans that their commitment to this nation will never be forgotten.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve those who have served us and we look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.

Spreading a little extra love this Valentine’s Day ❤️🌹

For the second year in a row, the Technical Medical team — along with some of our amazing kiddos — had the honor of visiting the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home here in Reno to deliver roses to the veterans and the dedicated staff who care for them every day.

It’s a small gesture to say thank you for the incredible sacrifices made and the compassion shown within those walls. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve those who have served us — and we hope to make this a Tech Med tradition for years to come.
