Spring is here! I for one am looking forward to the warmer weather and hopefully my bones and joints will also appreciate the change!

Well I survived another week. I love my job but it’s getting so hard to get through my 3 days of therapy physically at this point. Last night I was asleep by 7:00. Let’s share some things that are a struggle.
