Dear Patients and Friends,

It has been a true privilege to know you as patients and friends, and I am deeply honored that so many of you have entrusted your families and friends to my care. As my family circumstances have evolved, I have made the heartfelt decision to retire from full-time practice, allowing me to devote more time to my loved ones, my health, and my passions—hiking, off-roading, camping, golfing, traveling, and enjoying the companionship of my beloved furry friends, Bugs and Frank. While I eagerly anticipate this new chapter, I will sincerely miss the opportunity to care for you and your loved ones. I genuinely hope our paths cross socially in the future.

I will officially retire from full-time practice as of March 31, 2025. The clinic will continue to operate at its current location, with Dr. Johanna Lelke of Onsight Chiropractic and Dr. Ali Ross of Trinum Health providing care to patients at this location. The phone number for Pinecone Physio will remain active until the year 2030, and you are welcome to reach out via phone call or text. Should you need assistance in obtaining copies of your health records, Marisol and I will be more than happy to facilitate that process upon receiving written consent.

I have compiled a list of local professionals whom I highly recommend for consideration of your ongoing care: https://pineconephysio.com/cori-lentz-is-retiring

It has been my joy to be part of the team dedicated to helping you move and live life to the fullest. I look forward to seeing you on the trails!

Combining ⚡️FDN+E-Stim, 🔊ESWT, and 🚨Class IV Laser Therapy decreases overall time of treatment, allows faster recovery, reduces need for anti-inflammatory medication and resolves chronic conditions often thought to be permanent.

💥💪Even physical therapists are prone to elbow pain! 💪💥 Dr. Cori Lentz of Pinecone Physio is prone to right lateral elbow pain. In her case, it is typically caused by an underlying hypermobility of the elbow and wrist joints combined with an increase in repetitive activities, such as golf, shoveling snow, roof raking snow, and typing. You can watch a full video of Dr. Cori Lentz demonstrating the combined treatment approach we use for elbow pain as she treats her own elbow at Pinecone Physio in Reno, Nevada, including ⚡️FDN+E-Stim, 🔊ESWT, and 🚨Class IV Laser on YouTube:

The most common overuse dysfunction in the elbow is Lateral Elbow (or Epicondyle) Tendinopathy. Common terms you will hear others use for different types of elbow pain and dysfunction include “Tennis Elbow,” "Golfer's Elbow," "Baseball Elbow," "Suitcase Elbow," "Thrower's Elbow," "Tendinopathy," "Tendinosis," "Tendonitis," "Lateral Epicondylitis," and "Medial Epicondylitis." Regardless what you call these issues, elbow pain can change your grip, range of motion, cause pain, and impair function in your day to day life, sometimes even making it difficult to grip and lift a cup of coffee.

If you have not experienced ⚡️FDN+E-Stim, 🔊ESWT, and 🚨Class IV Laser Therapy, please ask us whether you may be helped by combining these effective treatments at Pinecone Physio in Reno, Nevada.
