Through ambient vocals, live soundscapes, and gentle movement, this session explores how sound shapes the mind and body. Drawing from Nada Yoga and psychoacoustics, we use tones and frequencies known to support slower brainwave states-helping quiet mental activity, release tension, and activate the parasympathetic response.

In the depth of winter, when the body asks for warmth and nourishment, this practice offers a restorative pause. A place to rest, move slow, and reconnect with your inner steadiness.

Our team behind Yoga Pod Reno didn’t know 9 years ago that we’d experience long construction delays, add an extra yoga room, survive a pandemic, leave a franchise, and see each other through thick and thin.

But one thing we did know is that YOU, our incredible community of students, would be at the heart of every decision we make. Thank you for trusting us to be your place of peace and practice. We look forward to many more years ahead of shared experience, laughter, and joy.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🍽 we’re so grateful for each and every single one of you who make coming to work a pleasure. Our community is at the heart of what we do and we simply couldn’t do it without you.

Our fourth and final donation based class of the day starts at 8:30 am, after which we’ll be closed for the remainder of the day to allow our staff time with their families.

Thank you all who donated to who supports our local at risk homeless youth.
