We had a little magic in the air at Summerset today.

Josh Farley the Illusionist kicked off his 50-state tour right here with us—and what a way to start. From laughter to “how did he do that?” moments, it was a show our residents and families won’t forget.

Our Summerset 🐺 Wolfpack hit the road to Cascades of the Sierra today for a friendly beanbag baseball showdown! The Owls 🦉 edged out the win by just one point, 19–18. A great game all around and we already can’t wait for the rematch! ⚾️

Under the moonlight and full of smiles. 🌙✨

The incredible students from McQueen High School Leadership hosted an “Under the Moonlight” Senior Prom this afternoon right here at Summerset, bringing music, dancing, and so much joy to our residents. 💃🕺

From twirls on the dance floor to sweet moments captured in photos, it was an afternoon we won’t forget.

Thank you, McQueen High School, for creating such a special experience and for sharing your time and kindness with our community. 💙

A beautiful day for a Lunch Bunch outing! ☀️

Residents enjoyed a delicious meal at Nothing to It! Cooking School & Kitchen Store, complete with their famous coconut pie. But the sweetest part of the day was the laughter, friendship, and memories made together.

Outings like this remind us that the best moments are shared.

We enjoyed music, dancing, conversation, and time together in a welcoming community space. Thank you to Dementia Friendly Washoe County for such a meaningful gathering that brings people together and celebrates connection.
